Q: Hi.. My queries are as follows: 1) Can I check if you have 2 vacancies for the 8-Day Canadian Rocky, Victoria & Whistler Tour Package (Tour Code 183-3461) departing on 15 October 2011? Is this tour conducted in English? We are very keen to book this tour. 2) What is the difference between the 2 types of meal plan packages - 9 meals and full meals (19 meals)? When do we confirm the meal plans? 3) Are there other additional costs we will need to pay besides the mandatory admission costs, meals and service fees? 4) Is service fees of US$52 mandatory or optional (ie we can pay more or less if we want to)? 5) What are the extra charges for Snowcoach, Rockies Gondola and National Parks? 1. Currently we have 2 seats available for the October 15 tour departure date. This tour is conducted bilingually in English and Chinese
2. 9 meals (2B, 4L, 3D-9 in total, with no meal in Vancouver area) means having only 9 meals provided for you, if you purchase the meal plan. Full meal means having almost all meals on tour included (6B, 6L, 7D-19 in total). Please confirm meal plans upon arrival and pick up from tour escort.
3. At this moment, no there are no other fees.
4. The service fees is a mandatory minimum amount. You are welcome to pay more if you wish.
5. Mandatory Admission fees: $132.00/adult, $63.00/child are for the Snowcoach, Rockies Gondola, and National Parks.

We do not recommend that you self depart from the tour early as you may miss portions of the tour. What you miss from the tour depends on the tour route taken. The return time to NYC is around 6:30-7:30pm. The tour may end up going to Philadelphia last on the last day of the tour.
