Q: I am highly interested about this tour but this only operating until Oct 1 2011, is that possible operating until December? I am going to plan a seven days vacation in the west coast, if this tour is not available in the December, I may join the Tour Code 2-130 . How's the weather will be if i go to west coast around December and what kind of clothes should i prepare? Also, is the tour include the meals in the every hotels? thanks

Yellowstone tours only operate from mid-May to the end of September or beginning of October. We do not offer this tour in December. Please visit www.weather.com for the most up to date weather updates and trends. We recommend that you wear layers of clothing as in the day, the weather can be warmer and the evenings cooler. The temperatures are fairly different in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
Both tours do not include meals and hotels will not offer complimentary breakfat or meals.

Q: Hello. I would like to book this tour, but I would like to know where is that column where I should write that my friends and I would like to be picked up in Chinatown at 5 p. m.? Also, we would like to have the optional tour on the first day, but we do not know how we may say the tour guide about that, since we are not picked up from the airport? When booking your tour, there will be a comment section where you can note any additional comments you may have.The tour guide will pick you up at Chinatown, there you can ask about joining in on the optional night tour.The Night tour is about $25 per person and it is not included in the price.

Q: Hi, on the 24 Sept, we (two persons) plan to flight from DCA to LAX to join your tour 2-306. After the tour, we take the late flight from LAX back to New York and join your tour 47-650. I would like to know if this plan is feasible and could you pls give me some more information regarding this plan. It seems that we may need one night hotel in New York before the second tour. As long as the dates do not overlap, and your flights arrive within the allowed pickup schedule. You will probably want to book the 09/30 departure for the 47-650 tour to ensure that you will be able to make it for the pickup on the first day. We recommend you book the Howard Johnson Flushing hotel as this hotel will be fairly close to the tour's Flushing pickup location.

The main differences between the tours aside from the lenghts of the tour and the hotel quality is the locations / highlights covered by the tours and the length of time each tour spends at the different hightlight locations. The hotels booked for the tours will generally be located near the EWR NJ airport for the stays in the NYC area. The drive time from NYC to Philadelphia is about 2 and a half hours, and another 2 hours to get to DC from Philadelphia.
