Q: Hi I have 2 questions 1) What is the luggage size restriction for check in under the BUS as well as the size restriction for carry on luggage 2) From the pricing tab it quote "The above two mentioned fees are mandatory for all guests. Please pay on tour. " what are they .? as I only have choice mentioned ..one of them is "optional , suspension $30) " totally confused please clarify Thanks Ernie

2011-08-15 05:37:15 Hi ERNEST KAM:The luggage allowance for this tour is 1 standard suitcase and 1 small carry-on, the maximum size for it is 67cm*45am*25am and 23 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm respectively.
And the 2 are referring to the following,
- Optional tours: Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge & Whistler (Adult $30, child (5-11)$20)
- Admission fees: National Park fee, Columbia Icefield Snow Coach, Lake Louise Gondola, Butchart Garden, BC Ferry ($155 for adult in total and $75 for child (5-11) in total)

Please ask the tour guide for advice about the most convenient place for you to catch a rental car as it depends on where you will go after the tour concludes. You will be arriving LA around 7:00pm to 8:00pm and it is dependent upon traffic and weather conditions.

2011-08-15 05:32:23 Hi Nithy:If the kid is above 2 years old, a ticket is necessary for the child to join the tour, but if the kid is under 2 years old, you have the option to purchase a ticket for him or her or not. If he or she does not have a ticket, then no seat will be for the kid and you have to hold the child in the lap all the time during the trip.

2011-08-15 05:22:03 Hi SANDRA LOZANO:This tour indeed offers the promotion of “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”, please kindly note that the regular tour price for 2 travelers in a double room is $1458.48=$1416.00*1.03(3% as the transaction fee) and the tour price for 3 travelers in a triple room is $1665.51=$1617.00*1.03(3% as the transaction fee). The price difference of $200.00 is the additional fee as surcharge for the 3rd passenger and it is not the tour price for the 3rd guest. The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis. You can find this information by clicking on the tour Pricing tab.

You cannot swap buses or tours to end in another location.
for this type of tour, you may try and end your tour in Niagara Falls and find your own bus from Niagara Falls to New York, however; you will have to find your own bus services.

We apologize, however; this is not a transfer service and the times are not guaranteed or accurate. They are dependent on bus schedule, traffic, and weather that day.
We do not suggest you take a flight in the middle of the tour. The bus will not make any accommodations for your flight schedule.

The tour does not in winter times because the maid of the mist will be non-operational in winter.
You may still take a 2-day thousand or corning glass center and Niagara falls tour to visit Niagara Falls, however; the maid of the mist will not be operational in winter.
