Greetings. I am planning on reserving this trip for 8/19 for 4 people. I have concerns though about whether we will receive the e-ticket in time. According to your information it takes 2-3 days for the e-ticket to come through but if I only have 2 days before the trip... how can I be guaranteed that a) the ticket will arrive in time and b) the money will not be taken from my account if we do not receive the ticket in time.
Also, approximately how many rest stops are made during the drive up and back?
Thank you for your time.

Hi,
We are a group of 16 or more arrive NYC on 12 Dec 2011.
1) Does this tour 6-Day New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls, Boston Standard Quality Tour (with airport transfer) always run in December?
2) What is the company policy if before or during the tour bad weather like snow storm?
3) Does this tour always in a coach bus? no mini van?
Thanks
1. Yes, this tour runs each year until the end of December. 2. Typically this tour will still operate unless extreme weather prohibits the tour departure. Please note that even if flights arriving into New York are cancelled or delayed, the tour will still operate if possible. We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you are looking to take this tour in December. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group. Cancellations and refunds provided are from the discretion of the tour providers. 3. This tour is always operated in a tour coach bus, with the exception should it for any reason need to be replaced with an alternative vehicle for safety reasons.
