Q: Hi, I'm a manager of a services office based in Tunisia which organizes tours for students. I will have a group of 22 students (18-23 years old) participating in this tour and my questions are: 1- If I will need to put 2 students in each room (meaning 11 rooms in total) how can I book them as the website booking system doesn't book more than 6 rooms? 2- As far as payment is concerned, can I pay with different credit cards? And is there a possibility to have an invoice to pay via bank transfer? (my bank requires an invoice to transfer money from Tunisia to the USA). 3- We will be 2 group leader with the students, do you offer any further discounts for group leaders? Thank you. 1. When making your booking please book for the 6 rooms with 2 people each.
In the process of booking your tour there is a "Comment" section. Please provide the total amount of rooms
needed and how many people in each room. We will email you a Authorization Verification Form where you will also
indicate your number of passengers and number of rooms.
2. You will not be able to pay by multiple credit cards. You will have to pay by wire transfer or a bank deposit.
3. We offer a 5% discount for groups more than 10. There are no discounts for group leaders.

1. Airport transfers to the first nights hotel are only available on the first day of the tour.
2. We are unable to provide a quote for you being that hotels are confirmed when your
reservation is confirmed. We will be able to quote the hotel when it is confirmed and only if we offer it as a hotel extension.

3. There is no hotel offered on the last day of the tour. The tour bus will take you to the airport on the last day.
