Q: Hi there The itinerary seems pretty pack. I would like to know how much free time ( if there's any) we would have at each city or each tourist attraction ? Usually you will have 30 minutes to 1 hour at the attractions we stop at. Detailed arrangements will be given by tour guide on tour and may be affcted by traffic, weather and other factors.
A minimum number of people is required to operate a tour. Since this is one of the most popular tours, we have never cancelled due to lack of participants before.

But I will be staying near LAX (airport) and I wanted to know if it will be really difficult to get to the nearest pick up point early in the morning for this tour? I am on a limited budget, so dont want to take a taxi, but would rather use buses/subway. Do you think this is do-able, or should I book another tour? The closest pick up from Los Angeles airport is 6:45am Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
It is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).

Generally, the hotel rooms have 2 queen beds.

Yes, the tour currently offers the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion. In your case, if you book 3 hotel rooms for 12 adults, the price will be $1,151.00.
Unfortunately the tour does not go to San Francisco, but you can choose to end the tour in Sacramento.

Since it's a tour package, you have to follow the assigned schedule. If you choose to end the tour at one point, you won't be able to catch another tour without paying the tour cost.

This is a bus tour so the only transportation is by bus. You can choose to end the tour in Cannes. The tour price will be the same, but you will miss the trip to Avignon.

We only provide one transportation per order.The pick up is only on the first day of the tour.When booking a hotel extension we usually try to provide you with one near the airport.If you are planning to join in on the night tour, the tour guide will instruct you on how to join the optional tour.The transportation is included in this tour.You must remain with your tour group at all timesThe tour guide will have the optional tours tickets available for purchase.Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be vegetarian food available on the tour but the tour guide will stop at fast food courts and international buffets.
