In general, two full/double-sized beds are offered in a hotel room. It will be comfortable enough for 2 normal-sized guests sharing 1 beds.

If you need extra pillows and blankets, you will need to speak to the hotel personnel. They will be able to accommodate your request.

This tour package offers a time limited "Buy 2 Get 2 Free", therefore if your family book this tour package for 12/24/2011 departure, the total amount will be $960.00 (1 room/3 adults and 1 child). The age cut-off for a child is 2-9. Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.


If you book this tour for a 12/24/2011 departure, you can book your flights for 12/24/2011. First day of this tour (12/24) will be a transfer day. The tour offers airport pick-up service at the 3 major airports in NYC. If you arrive at any of the 3 NYC airports, you will be able to be pick-up by the tour without any charge within the complimentary pick-up time period.

For airport pick-ups, please note:
Pick-up service for JFK, LGA and EWR airports at 9:00am-10:00pm (Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm). For the best service, please choose EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport).

 Hi I would like to know at what time, the tour starts from Flagstaff and at what time the tour ends at Flagstaff? We are 3 people staying at Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canoyon Village in July of 2012 and we are interested in the trip. If we were to be picked up at the hotel what is the additional fee for pick up and drop off? What would we have to be ready for pick up and when would we be back again? Kind regards, Sara

In order to confirm the pick up time and drop off time, we first need your hotel information for flagstaff.

This tour does not offer pick up at the Yavapai Lodge.

1. Unfortunately, no.

If your tour ends on Friday, you must come back with your tour. You will only be provided with transportation during the duration o the the tour booked.

2. If you need a hotel extension, please let us know in the comment section that you will be needing additional nights and we will quote you the price.

If you depart from your tour, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

If you choose to stay additional night in Las Vegas, we can help you book a shuttle bus transportation from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, please click on the following link for more information:
