Yes, you could take your 14 months old baby to join the tour. For this tour, children under age of 24 months are free of charge.
Please note that your 14 months old baby will have to sit on your lap throughout the entire tour.

Q: The tour 16 Dec (Friday), can I end the tour at PHILADELPHIA as I have flight booked on 19 Dec from Washington DCA airport. I assume the Friday tour always has Day 1 for Niagara Falls. Thank you very much for your interest in this 3-Day bus tour. We understand that you have already read through the special note on our website. However, during winter time, the order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable. According to our current schedule, if you wish to leave the tour at Philadelphia on the last day of the tour, please book the tour for a Monday departure. If you book for a Friday tour, the tour will head back to New York directly from Niagara Falls. Please keep in mind that the day-to day departure is subject to re-confirmation upon receiving request/order. Please remember to leave us a note to request for leaving from Philadelphia on the last day if you book the 3-Day bus tour which departs on a Monday.

If you choose to book this tour for a Friday departure, then you will be able to leave the tour from Washington D.C. on Day 2. (This is subject to re-confirmation upon receiving your order.)
1) If you book for a Friday departure, the last destination in Washington D.C. on Day 2 of the tour very likely will be Capitol Hill. Please note that the order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable.
2) If the last destination in Washington is Capitol Hill, the the tour in Washington D.C. will end at around 12:30 pm. Please note that the time may change depends on weather and traffic conditions.
3) If you leave the tour at Capitol Hill area in Washington D.C., then the nearest major airport will be Ronald Regan Washington National Airport. It is about 4 miles from the center of Capitol Hill, DC.

The reason that you only saw 4 people available on our pricing list is because that the hotels we offer for this tour package have a maximum room capacity of 4 guests (including adults and children/infants). In your case, you will need to book 2 rooms for 5 guests when you complete your reservation online.
