Q: Hi! We are 4 people, and we have booked the buss tour from Jan 7 so I wounder if we comming back on friday 13 or saturday 14?? And we gonna stay at Super 8 Hollywood LA Area. So what time are we leaving Jan 7? And where does the bus goes from?? And I have the recervation, when do I get the ticket?? Thanks!! Victoria :)

1. If you book your tour departing on January 7, 2012 your return date will be on 1/13/2012.
2. Your hotels will be confirmed when your tour is confirmed. Generally the hotels used for this tour are
the Holiday Inn or the Howard Johnson.
3. The first day of the tour you will be be picked up at the airport and will be transferred to the first nights hotel.
The tour departs from the first nights hotel on the second day in the morning approximately at 5:00 or 6:00 am.
The date will be January 8, 2012.
4. You will receive your E-Ticket when your tour is confirmed. Tours are generally confirmed within 1-3 days.

You may add your hotel extension to the same order.
Just simply add your hotel extension to your cart at the same time you are booking for your tour.
Your cart will have your hotel extension and your tour in the same order and simply select "Check Out"

If you wish to qualify for the "Buy 2 get 2 Free Offer" you simply select 4 people in the 1st room and 1 person second room.
The 4 people have to share 1 room in order to get the 2 people for free.
When you select these options 2 people will be for free and the price will automatically be adjusted by our system.

The tour will end in Los Angeles at 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm (approx.). Time may change depending on traffic and weather conditions. Normally, guests will be dropped off at the major pickup locations and hotels which were used for departures.
If you need to go to LAX after the tour ends in Los Angeles, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

1) This tour package does not include meals. However, you can choose our optional meal plan to add to this tour package.
Meal plan package:
a) 9 Meals(2B, 4L, 3D-9 in total), no meal in Vancouver area:
$153 per adult, $141 per child
b) Full Meal:
-Value Tour(6B, 6L, 7D-19 in total):
$278 per adult, $266 per child
-Deluxe Tour(6B, 6L, 7D-19 in total):
$345 per adult, $325 per child
(The price is subject to change, please pay the tour guide if you would like this option)
Most of the meals offered are chinese food. There will be some western and Japanese meals offered on some days.
2) If you do not wish to share meals with other tour members, we suggest you not to participate our meal plan. You can make your own meal arrangement.
3) If you need our assistance with hotel extension service after the tour ends, you can request for a hotel extension which is near Vancouver Seaport. Please leave a note for us in the "Comment" section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Yes. The Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas has always been offered as the hotel for this tour. All customers will stay in this hotel.
3. Yes. The hotel accommodations include access to the hotel tower.
4. This tour does not include meals (including breakfast). Your tour guide will make meal arrangements. You will need to pay for your own meals.
5. On the day 2 of the tour, you will get back to Las Vegas at approx. 5:00 pm. The time may change depending on trafic and weather conditions.
