For the Statue of Liberty, the Zephyr boat cruise offers an up-close view.
The stop at Madison Square Park gives you the best photo opportunity in the city for the Empire State Building.

This tour makes a stop at Madame Tussauds, where you have the option to purchase the admission ticket. The admission is not included in the tour price.
In addition, you will be able to view the Statue of Liberty from the Waterway Cruise.
If you would like to see the Statue of Liberty with a better view, this tour offers an optional Statue of Liberty cruise at an additional cost.
The Empire State Building is also viewed while on this tour and the entrance fee is also optional.
Times Square is covered in this tour; however, Central Park is not covered.
In order to exchange your e-ticket for a boarding pass, you must first go to Madame Tussauds. Pre-Tour: You must exchange E-Ticket for boarding pass at Madame Tussauds, 234 W. 42nd St. in Times Square before you join the tour.

The start point for this tour is Madame Tussaud's; however, the admission to Madame Tussauds is not included in the tour package price.
Central Park is covered in this tour as part of the Uptown Treasures and Harlem portion of this tour.
Times Square is covered as part of the Night Tour.
The Statue of Liberty ferry is included in this package; however, the admission to the Statue is an additional cost and is not covered in the price for this tour.
The Empire State Building can be viewed during the 90 minute New York Harbor Midtown Cruise.
