Either option you listed will work to join this tour on March 5th.
We can offer you a hotel extension at the Comfort Inn Cockatoo. They offer free shuttle service to and from LAX.
On March 5th, you would call the hotel and ask for free shuttle service from LAX.
On March 6th, you can use the hotel shuttle service again to go back to LAX to meet your tour guide.
Alternatively, you can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on March 6th.

On the 2nd day, after the half day city tour, we want to take the San Francisco Bay Cruise ($25 as indicated in your website). Do we book this separately in advance? Or can we just buy tickets on the day of the cruise? 3. There's 5 of us who want to join the tour. Since this tour is Buy 2, Get 1, we will only buy 4 slots so we have 2 free slots. How do we book that, specifically for the lodging section indicated in your website (number of rooms and the number of people who will occupy each room? 4. The approximate arrival time in San Francisco is 9-9:30pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions on the day of departure.
If you would like to take the San Francisco Bay Cruise, you will need to make your reservation in advance. Tickets cannot be bought when you arrive at the bay.
Please make sure that you will have enough time for transferring to the pickup location for the SF Bay Cruise.

The approximate arrival time to Las Vegas is 3-4pm. However, this timing is dependent on weather and traffic conditions the day of your tour.
In order to ensure you make your reservation for the Cirque show, it is highly recommended that you book the 10pm show.
