Yes, if you arrive earlier than the complimentary airport shuttle times, you can wait until the 9am pickup begins in order to use the free shuttle service for this tour.
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section that you request 9am pickup on the first day of the tour.

Please review the following itinerary information regarding early arrivals for complimentary airport transfers:
-If you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between 9:00am-10:00pm for each order to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section that you will arrive early and request transfer service to your Manhattan hotel. Please also leave your hotel address so we can confirm your transfer.
In addition, please note that if you choose to use your transfer service earlier than the tour departure date, you will need to join the tour in one of the following ways on the first day of the tour:
1. Meet your tour guide at 5pm in Chinatown, Manhattan (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) for a transfer to the first night's hotel.
2. You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on your own.
Please also leave a note in the comment section as to which option you choose for joining the tour on the first day.
There is no change in the tour cost if you opt out of one day in the tour itinerary.

We do not offer additional beds in the rooms we use on tour.
Each hotel has their own rules, regulations, and charges for an additional bed in the room.
You will need to speak to the hotel concierge at each hotel to see if an additional bed is available and what the charges will be for the bed.

We only offer drop-offs at the listed locations on the webpage for this tour.
The Chinatown Manhattan drop-off location is the closest drop-off to EWR airport. It is approximately 10 miles from this drop-off location.
In addition, the approximate return time to New York for this tour is 8:30pm.
However, this return time is dependent on weather and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.
We cannot confirm that you will make a 10pm flight at the end of this tour, as weather and traffic conditions may delay the tour from returning to New York.
If you would like to take this tour, we suggest you take this tour prior to the day of your departure flight.

The only pickup location for this tour is LAX airport.
You can choose a meeting time at LAX, as you do not have an arriving flight time.
