tour code 183-392 initial description mentions jasper but when i looked into details it does not cover jasper or snowcoach ride.have u changed the itinerary
Do you have to use the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion? I have two people who want to book this trip but they will not have a third person. Is there a fee for that?
Hi! I want to know if it is possible to have the start city different to de end city? For example: I want to start with Boston but return to New York. Is that possible? Do you any tour like that? Thanks!
Hi, I would love to join the tour 2-110 from San Frans without accommodation in San Frans. Is that possible and how much will it cost? April 18th trip.
Hi, I am interested to book this tour for 4 adults in May 2012. As mentioned in the itinerary, a number of the attractions tickets are not included in the tour package.
In the event that we are not interested to visit some of the optional attractions, would there be plans to bus us to an alternative venue (like a shopping mall or sit down area) while we wait for the rest of the group?
Thanks.
Certain locations would allow you to sightsee at your own leisure if you choose not to take the optional tours offered, but some locations, such as the stop at Corning NY for the Corning Glass center will not leave you with much alternative options to sightsee should you choose not to take the tour and pay the museum admission fee.

To whom it may concern,
2 tourist travelling first time to USA and arriving into Los Angeles on 2nd May. We plan to take the 7 days West Coast bus tour package to Grand Canyon South, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite from LA (Code: 2-130) from 5 May 2012 to 11 May 2012.
Since we are arrv early, on the 1st day we would like to be pickup on 5/5/2012.
Where exactly would that be?? What is our options,if we go back to LAX airport, where exactly and what time, is 2pm ok or anytime between 9am to 10pm?
Where else could the pick up be coz i have read somewhere in Q&A about being drop off at chinatown, is that one of the option for pickup too and time?
I have notice another option is self trf to hotel but due to being unfamiliar in LA and as hotel is subject to change, it will be very confusing and risky for that option being tourist travelling 1st time in LA.
And on the last day (11 May) of the tour, we need to be dropped off @ LAX to take the flight to New York (JFK). Tentative flt booking departing to NYC@ 10.40pm
From NYC, we intend to take the tour 6 day East Coast: NY, Philadelphia,DC,Niagara Falls & Boston from NY (Budget tour) Tour code:46-2966 (From 16th May to 21st May)
Since we are again arrv early, on the 1st day (16/5/2012) we would like to get a free pickup.
Noticed that we can either get a pick up from 3 major airport, JFK,EWR and LG but which one is closest to the city?? We would probably be staying around on Main st. What about the cost and availability of transport to the pick up spots. And is it any time from 9am-10pm??
Another option is at chinatown, 48 bowery at 5pm but this is not possible if we wanna join the complimentary nite tour.
And the last day (21st May) of the tour, we need to be dropped off @ JFK. Tentative flt booking departing @ 9pm.
We have read somewhere in the Q&A to write down the requests and pickups in the comment column when we book but we tried proceeding with our bookings but we couldn't find any comment column.
Thks
You can request for a pickup out of LAX on the first day of your tour anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm and the pickup location assigned for traveler not flying in on that day will usually be at Terminal 5, International Arrivals. The other option to join the tour is to arrange your own transportation to get to the confirmed hotel for that night with a check in time of 3:00 pm onwards.
We can offer an early pickup for you for the 46-2966 tour and take you to most locations/ hotels in Flushing or Manhattan, however, if you avail of the early pickup, your only options to join the tour on the first day is to join out of the Chinatown location at 5:00 pm, or simply arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night of the tour. The three airports are almost equidistant to NYC and the pickups can be offered anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
In the booking process on the same page you indicate your payment inforation/ method in, you will find a section at the bottom of that page to place any special requests you might want to make for your reservaiton.

Hi, 6 of us planning to join the May 16th 2012's tour and we are planning to arrive NYC on 16th 9am morning. I would like to know when are we going to check in to the hotel on the first day. Besides that, I understand that meals are not provided in this tour but I would like to know what restaurants will you all bring us to. Do we have time to take the cruise to statue of liberty? I went there last year and it took almost half a day to go to the island and come back. So i just wonder if we have enough time to visit there.
Thanks!
You can check in as early as 1:00 pm or earlier, depending on the hotel's availability for the night before. Meals will be offered at food courts, fast food restaurants, an buffet style restaurants. The NYC tour will not allow sufficient time for travelers to take the cruise out to the Statue of Liberty. You will be able to get to take a cruise out to the river to get up close to the statue, but the cruise will not allow for disembarkation at Liberty Island.
