Q: Could you please provide me a list of phone number where I can call when I be staying in Flushing NY, before the tours. Because I look at internet and I am calling with no results. I need a taxi to travel before and after the tours, and I will like to have the information before I travel. Its my first time in NY, and I don't have expience with taxis. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from JFK airport.
You can take the shutte from JFK to the hotel on your arrival date, then take the shuttle back to JFK for the tour pickup on Friday.

You can join the tour in Vancouver airport at claim belt #3 (Canadian domestic arrivals) or the visitor counter (international flights)/ you can meet your tour escort at 2:30pm at Space Needle.
Depending on which tour you book and the number of people in each room, the hotel room will vary. You can use the comment section to inquire the hotel room bed type. Usually each room is equipped with 2 beds. Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant
Transfer to Vancouver airport after 5-day tour is free. Suggest flight after 21:30pm. If you'd like hotel extension in Vancouver, please make a note in the comments section while booking

The complimentary tour is only available for pickups out of JFK and LGA at 8:30 am. After the sightseeing, you wll have the afternoon at your leisure until the optional night tour begins.
