You can make your reservation online in the orange "Easy Book" section of the tour webpage up until April 15th.
However, we do not suggest you wait until the last minute, as the tour can sell out.
Please make your reservation online as soon as possible to ensure there will still be seats available on the tour.

If you plan to have free time on the first day of the tour, you have the following options to meet with the tour on the first day:
1. You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on your own.
2. You can meet your tour guide no later than 11:30am for pickup service at the Denver airport.

The tour itinerary arrangement is dependent on your departure date, your pickup location, and the day of the week that the tour departs.
Please make your reservation online in the orange "Easy book" section of the tour webpage and we will confirm the tour itinerary arrangement once your tour departure is confirmed.
Tour confirmation usually takes 2-3 business days after you make your reservation online.

If you arrive at EWR at 11am, you can meet your tour guide at the following pickup place:
EWR - Terminal C Continental Airlines
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will need pickup service at EWR. Please leave a time that you would like to meet your tour guide and we will confirm your pickup.
You can also leave a note in the comment section stating that you will want free time in Chinatown on the first day of the tour.
If you would like a hotel extension near JFK, we suggest the following hotel extension:

- Antelope Canyon ADT $35, CHD (2-12) $25
If you purchase the entrance ticket to Antelope Canyon while you are on tour, you will have the opportunity to tour inside the upper level of Antelope Canyon.
The approximate touring time at the Canyon is 1-1.5 hours.

All of our Victoria tours have optional tour fees and do not include meals or the service fees for the tour guide.

The buy 2, get 2 free offer is based on a shared hotel room basis.
This means that if 4 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd and 4th people will be free for the tour.
Each room used on tour is equipped with 2 standard/full sized beds.
Please make your reservation online for 4 adults in the orange "Easy Book" section in one room for this tour and the online system will automatically adjust for the free passengers.
