Yes, you can meet your tour guide at LAX airport.
However, if you are coming from San Diego, it may be better for you to meet at the first night's hotel, as it is usually in Fullerton or La Mirada, which will be closer and more convenient for you.
If you would like to self transfer directly to the first nights' hotel for the tour, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation.

There is no additional cost for the 3rd person for the hotel accommodation or the transportation throughout the tour.
However, all exclusions listed on the pricing tab will need to be covered by the 3rd passenger, as well:

Each room booked on tour is equipped with two standard/double beds.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that all hotel locations will have an additional bed available.
Please ask each hotel location while on tour for their bed availability.
In addition, any extra charges for an additional bed in the room will be at your own expense, as the tour package price only covers the standard accommodation.

For customers departing from Las Vegas, we cannot visit Chocolate Factory and Cactus Garden because we will directly leave for Los Angeles from Grand Canyon West.
This means that if you begin this tour in LV, you will not visit the Cactus Garden or Chocolate Factory during this tour.

Drop off point is at Chinatown in Washington D.C. at about 11:00pm (513 H ST).
Yes, you can opt out of the optional tour activities.
If you opt out of some of the activities, you will have free time in the area and the tour guide will provide a time to meet back at the tour bus.
