Q: How will I get my tickets after booking? Will you send those by email? Sending by post is not an option because I live in Finland and I think that tickets wont get here before our trip to Vegas. Do you have an office in Las Vegas? Could we pick up the tickets from there?

We will send you a confirmation letter and an E-ticket after receiving your reservation and full payment.Customers need to show the E-ticket and photo ID to get the ticket when arrival.Tickets will be held under the guest's name at the KÀ Box Office's VIP Line, and are available up to five days prior to the day of the performance.

Pick time starts between 8:30am and 9am. The LA city tour will last about 3 hours and the Universal Studio tour will last about 6 hours. The tour bus will be returning to the drop off locations about 7pm.

There is a restroom inside the bus. However, it is for emergency use ONLY. Basically the bus will stop every 2-3 hours for a break and you can go to wash your hands outside of the bus then.

Q: hi, I am from Canada and was wondering would it be possible to start the tour from Toronto? So I would like my parents who are visiting me to do day 5-6-7 and get dropped off at new york. Also, reg food, are the stops made at locations where there would be vegetarian options? My parents are strict vegetarians and do not consume fish/meat at all. Do let me know . Thanks. You could join the tour from Toronto. How ever, the day-to-day itinerary might change and there will be no price difference if you forego the itinerary. We could not guarantee there will be vegetarian food at the locations when the bus stops.

You need to hold the kid on the lap all the way.When making the booking, please remark in the comment that there will be a kid travelling along.
