Q: I would like to know the full details of hotels and addresses where we will be staying on Tour 81-221 leaves on 1st Oct Monday. Usually what time the bus starts in morning and what time in evening it ends. Thanks

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm all of the hotels that will be used for that tour date, as it will depend on what is available when booking and processing your tour reservation.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation and we will send you an email of the confirmed hotel locations once confirmed.
The tour usually departs between 6-8am, depending on the tour itinerary and distance traveled that day.
The approximate return time to the hotel is usually between 7-9pm, depending on the timing of the tour.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer transportation options to the pickup locations for our tours.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in your travel needs.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
However, we cannot guarantee that each location will offer vegetarian options.
You will need to check with each location and ask for their vegetarian options.
In addition, you are more than welcome to bring your own food with you while on tour.

Once your tour is confirmed, the tour will not usually cancel due to lack of participants.
However, the tour can be cancelled only due to extreme weather conditions, or if a large group order were to cancel from the tour reservation.
This is very rare and does not happen often.

This tour does not include meals. The tour guide for the trip will arrange meal stops during the tour and you will then have the option to purchase meals at these stops.
We cannot confirm that all hotels on tour offer complimentary breakfast, as the rooms booked are standard, double rooms and many hotels to do not provide breakfast with their standard rooms.
In addition, the tour guide makes stops every 2-3 hours on tour and you can purchase something to eat for the next morning at one of the stops.
