Q: We usually get back to DC at around 11:00pm-12:00pm, but there may be delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc. This means 11pm in the night? We usually say 12 AM for 00:00 hours in Asia. So if the tours ends at 6.00 PM on say a Thursday then you will drop back to Washington DC on the same night before 12? So If i have to book a return bus back home I should do it Fri early morning? In Asia 12.00PM refers to afternoon. Please advice in 24 hour clock time to avoid confusion. Thanks.

We apologize for the inconvenience.The tour will return back by 11pm or 12 am.It will leave New York at about 6pm, so depending on the weather and traffic conditions, it will determine the arrival time to DC.

Unfortunately, if Quebec is not part of the tour, the other cities will be extended in the visiting.The confirmation is given withing 1-2 business days after receiving the reservation.The final itinerary is given 1 day before your tour leaves.In order to process a reservation, we must receive full payment.

Unfortunately, only one carry on and one stored luggage is allowed per customer while on tour.
However, we can try to accommodate one extra luggage.
The extra storage fee is $30.00 per item.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation and we can confirm if there is room on the bus for your tour departure.

The itinerary is very similar in both tours.
The main difference between the two tours is the routing of the tour and the hotel used on tour, though the hotel standards are the same.

There is a half day complimentary city tour on the first day of the tour.
However, customers must arrive by 11:45 at the Vancouver airport in order to join the half day tour.
We do not currently offer hotel drop off for the tour.
We will offer drop off at the Vancouver airport, where you will need to self transfer to your hotel location for the night.
The drop off on the last day of the tour is usually between 1-2pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.

The complimentary airport pickup is only available on the first day of the tour; however, we also offer early pickup service and transfer to Manhattan hotels and Flushing area hotels per our tour itinerary:
-If you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between 9:00am-10:00pm for each order to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area;
Unfortunately, we do not offer Winter packages to Quebec at this time. Please check back with us in the future, as we add new products to our site often.
