Q: Hi there, I am looking to book this tour on the 4th of May 2013, but is it possible to arrange for airport transfer from LAX to Holiday Inn La Mirada on the 3rd? How much is it if you are to help me book the room and the airport transfer if required? On the return, what is your drop off point for hotels near LAX?

Unfortunately this tour does not offer complimentary airport transfers.
If you wish to get picked up at the airport one day before your tour, you would need to also have a pre-tour hotel extension.
A hotel stay for one night per room at the Holiday Inn La Mirada is $78 (pricing is still subject to change for 2013).

Airport transfer one-day before or after the tour would also be subject to an additional fee.
The quote can be provided to you once you make a reservation online.
The airport pick-up fee depends on your travel dates, the number of passengers, and the time of your flight arrival.

It is possible to change your pick-up location after booking.
If we confirm your tour, however, the pick-up location change is subject to a $30 amendment fee.

When making a reservation, the "share room" option is for those customers with travel companions who want to pay separately for their tour.
We do not offer services to match up customers together on tour.

Q: Hello. I'm a college student living in Japan. From Las Vegas or Los Angeles I would like to turn around Grand Canyon, an antelope, monument ballet, etc. over 5~9 days. Then, although the tour for the seven days here was found, we would like to go early in March. Isn't there any bus tour which was alike early in March? Incidentally we are two women. Unfortunately the weather is too cold and unfavorable to travel to the different national parks during the months of November through March.Most tours going to the national parks are only operational during the months of April through October.

It is not obligatory for you to pay for all of the optional tours.
They are optional so customers can choose, based on their preference, the attractions they would like to see.
However, the service fee for the tour guide is not optional.
You pay for the optional tours once you are on tour directly to your tour guide.

Our price is including hotel accommodation, if you choose not to stay in our hotels the price would remain the same.Please keep in mind that if you choose to not use our hotels you will have to arrive early morning the next day for the departure on that day.
