All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals are not included in the tour; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges.Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various buffet areas, food courts and fast food restaurants. The average cost of meals is $10-$15 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
Please note: Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch is $80.00/person above 2 (This fee must be paid on tour.)

Q: Hi! I'm interested in the 7 days bus tour package from LA/SF/Vegas/LA (Tour2-130). However I'm wondering whether I can extend a night in SF. That is, if I were to leave on the 20th of May trip. I will be in SF on the 21st.(2nd day of tour)Can I have an extension on the 3rd day on my own(22nd May) and rejoin the other tour on the 23rd for their 3rd day of the bus tour itinerary. This will mean that I'm joining the other group tour that starts in LA on the 21st and continue the rest of my journey with them. There will be 4 of us who are interested in extending our stay in SF. Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. Unfortunately you may not be able to self dismiss in the beginning or middle of the tour, as the set up of our tours is that the group stay together for transporting.To re-join the tour you would have to arrange your own transportation, and attempt to catch up to where the tour is at that time. If the itinerary were to adjust in anyway, you may not be able to join the tour, as you would be arranging your own transportation at that point.
We would suggest possibly combining shorter tours for example:

Currently April 13 is an available operating date.
We encourage you to place your reservations in for our tour packages as soon as you're decided, as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non-availability of the seats for your desired tour's travel date.
We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.
Unfortunately, we do not provide an area where you can leave your luggage at an office.

For this tour, the only attractions that are included in the price are:
Admission to the Maid of the Mist (April or May to late Oct depending on each year's weather condition.) or Scenic Tunnels (Winter).

This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese).If you do not wish to be picked up from the airports or self transfer to the hotel, you can choose to be picked up from Chinatown(87 Bowery st. #202, New York, NY 10002) before 6:00pm. When tour ends, you could be dropped off to Chinatown as well. Please make a comment when you make reservation if you'd like to be picked up from Chinatown.
We do not offer pick-up in Brooklyn.

The Bus from Miami to Orlando picks up at hotels in different areas in Miami and arrives in Orlando at 10:30 am at its terminal. Upon arrival tour guide in a van or minivan will take you straight to the park on the first day.On the days thereafter your tour guide will provide you with a hotel shuttle schedule so that you may board the hotel shuttle at your leisure to and from the theme parks.
The hotel that is currently used for this tour without the hotel upgrade is Quality Inn Universal or Similar.
