The pick-up times for this tour is between 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.
After that time, the tour bus will already be on route to their next destination.

We would recommend that you arrive on the 26th as planned, get a hotel extension, and then join this tour the next day so you will be able to join them at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.

The current tour price is at $845.00 per person based on single/ double occupancy. The price for single travelers at the moment is at $845.00.We cannot take partial payments and you will have to pay the amount in full when you are making your reservation.
You can leave a note in the comment section if you wish to be with your girlfriend on the same tour. As soon as your co-traveler has made her reservation you can then add their reservation number in the comments section when placing your own order online with a request to ensure travelling together with your girlfriend.

For this tour 81-220 the hotels are included in the price. The hotels do not include meals, but the guide will arrange the meal stops at different restaurants with the meals payable as you go.You are allowed to bring 2 pieces of standard sized check in baggage and 1 carry on.

The tour does take you to the locations listed however you will have to pay for the entrance of each if you wish to go.The total amount of $430 is for the seat on the bus and the hotel room per person.
This tour does have the promotion of Buy 2 get 1 Free so the third person will join the tour for free on a share room basis and seat on the bus.
The 3rd person will have to pay as well for any additonal admissions fee.
We recommend to book your tour 1 month prior to departure.

Normally the max of people is between 50 to 60 people. You will not know how many people are going until the first day of the tour.We can not provide a ride to the airport after the tour ends but we can arrange a hotel close to JFK as a post tour extension for your package that can provide free shutte service back to JFK come your flight date.

Yes, the dates are set if you wish to book your tour for the 15th of May. We recommend to book your reservation first and then book your flights after your tour confirmation. Reservation processing times range from 24-48 hours to confirm reservations.
For Yellow Stone National Park you will be seeing the upper and lower falls, as well as Yellow Stone Lake, Fishing Bridge, Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful and other parts of Yellow Stone with plenty of time to sightsee at your leisure.
