Hi, we are interested to join this tour on Jun 1. We will however be arriving a few days before that. Can we request for the hotel shuttle a few days prior the tour start, and on Jun 1 itself we can make our way to the hotel to meet the guide? Also, are there options for hotel stay in downtown for Day 1? Lastly, do the hotel stays include breakfast &/or other meals? Thanks!

For this tour, the first nights hotel will be in New Jersey.

Early transfers are not available for the tour, and you will need to arrange your own transportation to your hotel if you arrive a few days before the tour starts. Alternatively, you can choose to add on pre tour extension accommodations at the same hotel the tour uses for its first night, which offers free shuttle service to and from EWR airport.

The duration from Boston MA to Washington DC is approximately 7 hours.

Each tour day starts around 6:00-7:00AM.

Depending on traffic/weather conditions the duration can vary but estimated arrival into DC on the first day will be at around 7-8:00 pm.

We recommend no more than 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour bus.

To place a travel companion booking (to allow each traveler to each pay with their own card) simply select the share room option when specifying the number of rooms required in step 3 of the Easy Book section on the tour's details page.

I like this 4 day tour, but would like to extend my stay in Las Vegas for another 1 to 2 night before returning to LA via your bus tour. Can you make such arrangement? If yes, please advise the extra cost for the extra nights (per night rate)

Regretfully, we will not be able to arrange an extended stay in Las Vegas.

This tours are already pre-packaged, and cannot be modified.

Hi, I'm interested in march 27th wednesday package. If I arrive prior to the departure day and stay in some other hotel that I arranged. When should I supposed to meet the guide and where in 1st day? If it's JFK, can you provide a ride from my hotel to JFK?

We will be more than happy to arrange a pickup for you out of JFK on the first day of your tour anytime from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, but you will have to arrange your own transporation to get from your hotel to the JFK airport.

When the tour is over, we do offer complimentary airport drop-off to JFK, EWR and LGA for your convenience.
