Hi, our plane does not get in till 10.05pm can we still get someone to meet us and is that counted as first night of tour and we will be arriving at JFK. Thanks
Yes, we can have a tour guide to pick you up after the complimentary pick-up times.
Please note that airport pick-ups after 10pm are not complimentary, and there will be a fee associated with the transfer, depending on how many passengers need to get picked up.
Yes, the first day is solely to pick-up guests from the airport.
I'm interested in your tour of 3 days grand canyon & las vegas (code 2-232) May I know the nearest pick up and drop off point as I stay at City Park Apartment, Los Angeles 90089-1142. May I know how long it will take to reach the pick up and drop off point from where I stay. Thank you.
We have four people in our group, a family. How many luggage would you allow since we are going next to Minneapolis and one is the student there and should have a lot to bring to school. Our trip will be in August.
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one luggage to be stored in the luggage compartment underneath the bus only.
The buses fit approximately 50-60 people, and there is not enough space for each passenger to bring more luggage than specified above.
For any items that will not be needed on tour, we suggest shipping your child's items ahead of time to their school so they will not be inconvenienced with so much luggage during the tour.
I am interested in the 7-day Italy tour (56-2313). Here are my questions about the package inclusions/exclusions-
1) It says the package includes "service fee for tour guide". Does it mean tips to tour guide and driver are included? if not, how much is per day per person?
2) It says the price of this tour only includes bus transportation, hotel accommodations and a simple breakfast. Does that mean we need to pay for all tours in each city? What tours are available in each city / stop? how much is each one? how much time will we have for each tour?
3) how is the quality of hotels? Are they 3 or 4 star hotels?
Thank you for your answers!
The service fees are included in the tour package price. Please review all the possible additional payable amount on tour that are not included in the tour's reservation price below:

Why we need book the flight from Mexico city to Cancun after 22:00? Is that too late? Do you have transportation from Cancun airport to hotel? Can you book the ticket for me? The price range? I plan to join the tour in mid August.
Is this tour is too much for 80 years old?
Thanks!

Hi. I booked for tour 5-3066 and am very excited, but would like to know, on average, how much will a have to pay for optional tours, assuming I take most of them. Thanks
Sorry, I have another question
If I am flying in to Seattle from LA, will it take long to get out the airport to your meeting point? half an hour? will it be enough?
And how about flying in to Vancouver from LA, will it taking longer to get out? as going in different country.
I am a Australian passport holder.
Visas are not required for Australian nationals to travel into Canada, but please double check this information as you will be responsible to carry any and all necessary travel documents for entry to Canada and your return back to the US:
Departing out of the Vancouver airport might take just a little bit longer than getting out of Sea-Tac airport upon your arrival, but note that it ultimately takes longer for you to take the shuttle bus from SEA-TAC to Vancouver as you will be crossing the border by bus, and the traffic times can be lengthy when crossing the border. The tour transfer escorts will wait for the travelers to exit out of their respective airports based on their arrival times factoring in the time it takes to get their luggage when arranging the pickups.
There will be 5 of us touring from Los Angeles. We intend to travel on May 26, 2013 for the 3 days Grand Canyon & Las Vegas (Tour Code 2-232) and followed by 3 days San Francisco & Yosmite Bus tour (tour code:5-189) on May 29 and that means that our tour will end on May 31 at around 7.00pm. Will we be in time to catch our flight at 1.05 am on June 1 at Los Angeles airport and which is nearest drop off point to the airport.
We will be staying in Americas Best Value Inn Los Angeles, 1123 West 7th Street, Downtown, where is the nearest pick up location for these tours. Is there any tour which will cover San Francisco,Hearst Castle, Yosmite, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas within 5 days rather then 6 days tour. Need reply soon so that I place my booking.
