This package is a 1-day tour. It includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off to chosen location (see Pick-up Time and Locations) which depart in the morning. Targeted return time is approximately at 11:30pm.You will be transported via ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach.
This tour is currently is $38.00 per person, however always select the date you wish to travel on the particular tour page for accurate pricing.

Both tours offer Buy 2 get 1 free on a share room basis. Since there is 5 of you in total you will have to get 2 room because there are only 4 people to a room max.You can also consider booking a 7 day tour package which includes the sightseeing for the two 3 day tours you are interested in adding on 1 day to offer transfers in from LAX.

Q: Hi! I have a few questions: I am from India & I intend taking this tour starting 30-Apr-13. My wife and daughter (12 years) would be accompanying me. 1) while the price for tour 11-11477 shows $598 (buy 2 get 1 free), the 'Easy book' section indicates $1296 or $648/guest. Is the difference between $648 and $598, the 'admission fee' for the 3rd guest? 2) When updated, my total shows $2034. The comment under "How Did We Get This Total?" says "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below". What does that mean? 3) I plan on arriving there on 30-Apr-13. I suppose you will drop us off at the airport (if its during the 8am-10pm period). I would leave LA on 9-May-13 (again, after 10:30 pm). Here again, i suppose you will drop us off at the airport. 4) The heading reads "Disneyland/San Diego". So, do i have the option of taking either Disneyland or San Diego? If not, is there an option to forego San Diego and choose something else instead? 5) A friend of mine who resides in the US would be making the reservations. I guess thats possible. 6) I havent booked my air tickets yet. So, will you request flight information at a later point in time to arrange my hotel and airport transfers during the start and end of my tour? Please let me know so that i could proceed. 1. The Easy book Section already calculates if you put 3 adults, the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. On a share room basis and the seat on the bus is free for the third guest. However you will also be paying for the admissions fee for the theme parks and National Parks as well with the package. The total cost covers your admission fee for theme parks, National Parks, seat on the tour bus, and hotel.2. The notification that reads: "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below" generally means that the easy book section will quote the total amount including extension prices if you choose to add on any hotel extensions to your reservation.
3. The transfers in from LAX and out to LAX will be available for the first and last days of the tour.
4. You will get to go to both theme parks the only one you would have to choose from is either Disneyland or California Adventures.
5. Reservations can be made on our website from any computer that has access to the internet.
6. We recommend to make your reservation first before booking your flight information once we have confirmed your reservation then we will ask for your flight information.

The pick-up time and location can be found below the Easy Book Section. This tour offers pick up at 06:45AM Hilton Gaithersburg, 620 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.This is the only location you will get picked up from, the tour does not offer complimentary airport pick up.
You will need to provide your own transportation to the pick-up location.
Starting April 1.2013 the itinerary will change and the routing and order of the tour can possibly change, although the tour tends to follow the order as shown online fairly consistently. The tour does not include sightseeing in Washington DC, and will proceed north from DC on the first day heading towards Niagara Falls.

The price it shows in the calendar dates for triple occupancy is $274 per/person. In the Easy Book section if you put 3 guest the total already adds everything along with the offered Buy 2 get 1 Free promotion.The only difference is that you will be paying an additional hotel fee for the third guest. You will also have to pay as well as the free guest anything the package excludes and you can find that in the pricing tab.

The transportation is included.The service fee for the tour guide and the bus driver is not included.
It can be thought of as a mandatory tip for the services provided by the tour guide and the bus driver.

Tour 47-650 does not include the night view of Niagara Falls, or the visit to Watkins Glen and Howe/Secret Caverns.Tour 47-650 goes to Thousand Islands, while 81-216 does not.
