Hi tee wee wan:

We encourage you to place your reservation online as soon as you've decided, as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non-availability of the seats for your desired tour's travel date.

When booking your reservation, in the Easy Book section, simply choose the option to "Add a Hotel Extension" and you will be prompted thereafter.  You can also place notes in the comments section when  booking online that you  require extensions to allow us to offer you the best available pre/ post tour accommodations based on hotels confirmed for the tour and your airport arrival information.

Thank you for your inquiry.

6-Day Grand East Coast Tour From New York City: Philade
Antonio Castellanos
Mar 21, 2013

Q:
We are considering a tour to NY, but have a couple of questions. 1. What kind of land transportation will be provided? 2. How are meals dealt with? How much time do we get for meals and does the tour guide suggest nearby places? 3. How early does the tour leave the first day and how late does it end on the last day? This is important to schedule our flights. 4. Our party might arrive in 2 groups, from different cities. Is the pick up at the airport still included in this instance? 5. How soon do the reservations need to be made? 6. Do you provide any special accomodations for children and seniors? (We are traveling with a 5 year old, a 84 year old and a 73 year old; all of whom can walk, but tire easily. I hope you can answer this questions as soon as possible, as we are in the process of deciding our destination and carrier. Thank you.

Hi Antonio Castellanos:

Your ground transportation will be in a wide-spaced, air-conditioned motor coach.

You will often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or International dining restaurants. Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, the arrangements are made by the tour guide.

The first day of the tour is designated for pick-up and drop off to the 1st night's hotel. Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm.  Please arrange your flight arrival between this time frame after receiving confirmation of your tour from us.

You can schedule flights to depart from Boston after 1:30pm or return to New York via bus and board flights depart from NYC airport after 7:00PM.(EWR, LGA or JFK Airport).

We can only provide 1 airport pick-up service and 1 drop-off service per reservation. If your party will arrive in 2 groups, some would either have to wait for the other's flight to arrive and be picked up together OR they can self-transfer to the 1st night's hotel. In the comment box, please specify which you will choose when placing your reservation online.

We encourage you to place your reservation as soon as you've decided as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non availability of the seats for your desired tour's travel date.

We do not have special accommodations for children or seniors, however our travelers range from youngsters to senior citizens. At the different attractions there should be a place to take a seat or rest when needed.

(or we do not go across the Canada in this trip?) I am international student in an university, and would be between visa transition from student visa to work visa, if we are showing passport and this tour is counted to go out of U.S. it is not good idea for me to try in May. Hi Natsumi:

All travelers and passengers are welcomed, international or domestic, for any of our tours.

This tour does not enter the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

This tour will remain on the United States side.

It is not necessary for you to obtain a Visa to enter Canada.
