Hi, I and my wife plan to take this tour. We will take Alaska cruise from Seaward to Vancouver and suppose to be at the sea port on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 07:00 am. Is there pick up service at the sea port? If not, where should I go? The hotel or the airport? How far? and what is the best transportation? Thanks.

We can try to arrange for your pickup out of the Port Of Vancouver as soon as we can confirm your disembarkation details. As we can only guarantee airport transfers in from YVR, if we are unable to arrange for your transfer from the Port of Vancouver, you will have to arrange your own transporatation to the first night's hotel confirmed for the package which is located about 40 minutes from the port proximate to the Vancouver Airport.

Hi, I have two questions: 1. Can we bring food and drinks on the bus? In other words can we eat snacks along the way? 2. How does the "buy 2 get 1 free" work? We have three couples (6 people total) interested in this tour. If we book on one credit card, would it be saving us 50%?

You can bring a light snack and bottled water on the bus. Because there is no refrigeration on the bus, we ask that you bring non-perishable items.

Buy 2 get 3rd free:

*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.

You will not save 50% by booking on one credit card. However, if the 6 of you are on one reservation, this will better allow us to ensure your seats on the bus will be together.

The pick-up times and locations for this tour are as follows:

07:00AM In front of HSBC Bank, 39-10 main st Flushing NY 11354

08:15AM Chinatown, 48 Bowery St, New York, N.Y. 10013

08:50AM Near IHOP or Wendy's or Shop-Rite (Pick Up Only), 792 U.S 46, Parsippany, NJ 07054

You will need to arrange your own transportation to the designated pick-up locations to join the tour on time.

In the case that your flight arrives at 9:51am, you will not be able to join the tour on the first day because the latest pick-up time is currently 8:50am.

You may want to consider a hotel extension the day before the tour starts. We can offer you Ramada Plaza Hotel Newark Intl Airport, Double Tree by Hilton EWR (Sheraton EWR) at an additional cost. These hotels offer airport shuttle service.

Currently, the date of April 9th-April 18th, is still accepting reservations.

We encourage you to place your reservation in for the tour as soon as you're decided, as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non availability of the seats for your desired tour's travel date.

Hi My friend and I are Malaysia citizens but we are studying here in the US and we are under the F1 visa. However, my mum is visiting me here in US this summer and she is also a Malaysia citizen.
