Where are the locations of the hotels? Do we stay in Niagara Falls for the first night (Friday night)? Do we have free time to see the fireworks at 10pm Friday night?

Dear Customer,

We cannot confirm the location of the hotel because we use various hotels in the vicinity of Niagara Falls.

Depending on your dates of travel and the availability of hotels, you can expect to stay at a hotel 10-30 minutes away from the city center of Niagara Falls.

Unfortunately, this tour does not provide the night view of Niagara Falls.

You typically reach your hotel around 9pm. If you wish to view Niagara Falls at night, you would need to find your own transportation from the hotel back to Niagara Falls to view the night show.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Best Regards,

Dear Sylvia,

You must take your luggage with you every night.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage if you choose to leave it in the bus overnight.

Each passenger is allowed one carry one and one medium sized luggage to be stored in the storage compartment of the bus.

You must be able to carry your own luggage comfortably.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
There are 3 different people who will pay to get the buy 2 get 1 free deal. How do we do it? should i back out, will this person be individually responsible for their share?

Dear customer,

Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis.

This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.

For the 3 passengers the total will be $336, if you wish to break down the price it will be $112 per person.

You may pay separately, but if one person no longer chooses to join the tour, the price for the tour remains the same.

The passengers will need to figure out on their own how they wish to distribute the payments.

Thank you for your inquiry.
