Q: Hi, We have a total of 5 adults and 1 infant (7mth old). Can we book a quad room (buy 2, free 2) @@plush; a single room (i.e. the infant will be staying in the single room with the mother)? Will the tour will be able to purchase ticket to visit the crown of statue of liberty or we will have to pre-book the ticket ourselves? Also, on the last day of the tour, we are planning to catch a domestic flight at 1.45pm from Boston airport? Do you think the timing will be OK?

The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.Fire hazard restrictions are upoon the many reasons the maximum occupancy is 4 in standard hotel roms.
For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.
As of now your total will be:
1:3 guest
2:2 guest
Total Amount = $1,735.00
(the infant does not have to be added to the reservation but you will leave a note in the comment section or you can add the infant to the reservation and recieve the extra free seat with the same total.)
All admission tickets will have to be paid while on tour.
The flight you are planning at 1:45PM will be okay.

We offer 3 star hotels such as Universal Inn or Old Stone or similar.All the other tours will be optional, you will let the tour guide know while on tour which one you are interested in taking.
The only mandatory one will be the service fee for the tour guide of $7/per day/per person.

Any tours that go to Las Vegas require that passengers under 18 years of age be traveling with at least 1 adult per room that is 21+ to be able to check-in to the hotels.
Otherwise, all passengers are invited to join this tour.

Dear Customer,The 1.5 year old child is welcomed on the tour as we have people from all ages that participate.
Please Note: If you would like the child to have their own seat, you must select the child price and pay for their seat.
Otherwise they will be considred a lap child and you would need to hold them while on the bus. In this case, please leave a note in the comment section that you will be traveling with a child that you will hold them in your lap.

Dear Customer,We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.If you arrive outside of the complimentary pick-up time, you may be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel.
Currently there is not a complimentary shuttle to the hotel.
Our best suggestion would be arrange arrival flights in between the the time frame we have specified in order to avoid additional pick-up fees.
