For a more detailed itinerary, you may ask the tour guide while you are on tour as we cannot offer set times in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, etc.

Hi. I'm trying to book for this tour with 1 night stay at Grand Canyon for a family of 3. I understand your child pricing is for 2 to 9 yrs old. Our planned trip is on the 2nd of Oct 2013 and my son is turning 10 on the 16th of Oct 2013. Why is it that your website does not allow me to indicate that my boy is still considered as a child for pricing purposes? How do I go around this then? Cheers.

We are sorry to learn you are having trouble with placing your reservation online.
When booking in the Easy Book section, simply select 1 child.
The system will charge the child price accordingly.
If prompted for your child's birthday, simply enter the birthday accordingly.
At the final step of placing your reservation, you can leave a note in the comment box of the child's birthday, should we need to manually enter the birth date for you.

Dear Customer,
At major locations on the tour, you will have anywhere from 2-3 hours total sightseeing time.
For locations listed as optional excursions, you will usually spend approximately 1-2 hours at these locations.
At minor locations, you will stop for approximately 15-20 minutes. This time is sufficient for the tour guide to lead you to the best spots for photo opportunities while on tour.

The last day of tour is at Universal Studio. Instead of heading to airport at the end of the day, we are extending our stay in Hollywood.
Can we collect our luggages from the tour bus (aft a day at Universal Studio) and make our way to a hotel that we book instead of heading to airport?

At meal stops arranged by tour guide, will we have the option of going to other eating places if we find the venue selected by tour guide to be unsuitable?

Meal stops are arranged by the tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, international buffet areas, food courts and fast food restaurants.
You will have the option to purchase meals at these stops or walk to a different location near by as well.
The tour guide will let you know how much time you have for lunch and where to meet the group again.

Can we leave our 2 pieces of large luggages with Hyatt Regency in Oahu Island for 1 night when we stay in Big Island? If Hyatt charges a fee, how much is it?

I would like to know the approximate program of Grand Canyon day. How long are we going to stay in Grand Canyon? Will there be free program? Can we make a tour in the national park, or walk?
The other question is whether 2 lsuitcases and 2 carry on baggagee are OK for two person?
If we would choose Los Angeles as end location, how much extra fee would it mean? And approximately at what time would we arrive to L.A?

You will be in Grand Canyon approximately 3-4 hours.
Each guest is allowed one medium size luggage and one carry on.
Transfer to LA (Kodak theater: approx 4pm & Holiday Inn Select: approx 7-8pm )(+$35/Person)
