Q: We are interested in you tours. Could you answer some questions to help us decide and book airfares. We are 2 mature aussies, that have spent time in NY so that part is not as important, other destinations are new to us. Accom standards doesn't matter as pond as clean and comfy. We would appreciate your feedback to help us choose. NB Tours must be guaranteed as we don't want to be stuck in NY or have to arrange extra travel details. Possibilities:- A- Tour 46-153 25th October. Q- We want to leave tour at Quebec (meeting up with old friends) Have read questions from others seems can be done but details have to be pre noted. We assume the we will be paying for the tour in full regardless when we leave. B- Tour 82-2350 25th October. Q- Same question as above. C- Tour23-2348 Q- This tour is advertised up to 31st October. If we select this tour we will need some guarantee that it will go ahead. Q- Same question as A tour. We would appreciate a prompt reply as we are booking air fares. 2014-01-24 06:06:19 Dear Ian Sutton, Thanks for choosing Tours4Fun. 1) Due to stricter immigrations security measures being implemented by both Canada and the US at the Canadian borders, tour groups are required to come back to the U.S. with the same number of travelers when crossing the border back to the U.S. Please include your request to end the tour in Canada in the comments section online to see if we can arrange for you to end your tour in Canada for the package you are interested in. The price will be the same, even if customers end the tour earlier. 2) For tour 23-2348, the last date available to book online now is 10/29/2014. It usually takes us one to two business days to confirm a tour after receiving the booking and full payment. 3) We always suggest our customers to book the flight tickets after receiving the confirmation for their tours from us. 4) Currently, the rate for 2 customers sharing one room for tour 46-153 is $1498.The rate for 2 customers sharing one room for tour 82-2350 is $1388. The rate for 2 customers sharing one room for tour 23-2348 is $1260. Please check the details online through the book section to reconfirm the price when booking. Sometimes, the order of the day-to-day itinerary might be changed according to the weather and traffic conditions. We may not able to arrange the pickup for you from the hotel on the third day of the tour. The hotel information can only be confirmed one day before the departure date. Usually, we will use a hotel in New Jersey. There will be no discount, if customers give up two night hotel accommodations. The tour price will be the same.
