Q: We will be taking a cruise from Quebec city. Before the cruise, we would like to fly to Toronto from San Francisco, then take a tour that will go to Ottawa, Montreal and end in Quebec city. Is there a tour package that you would recommend?

Standard quality tour will include higher quality hotel than the similar super value tours.
