Guest usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.

Hi, I am travelling to the USA at the end of this year and I am extremely interested in doing on this tour.
There are two things I would like to know;
1. The dates I'm free to do this tour are between the 23rd and 30th of December, is the tour still running on these dates?
2. If the weather is bad do we get a refund? Because I only have a restricted amount of time, rescheduling may not be an option for me.. I'm coming from Australia so it is a lot of money and distance to come and not be able to do it and loose all that money.

The tour will operate every day except Monday and Wednesday until February 28, 2014.
If the tour provider cancels the flight, you will be asked to reschedule.
A full refund for the tour will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Regretfully, there will be no lockers of services to hold your belongings during your boat ride in the immediate area when taking the Maid of the Mist boat ride. You will be given ponchos that will keep you from getting wet and you will simply have to secure your items in a bag and keep them under the poncho during the boat ride.

How do we get details of the hotel - my booking is paid and confirmed, I'm leaving in 2 days and have received no information. Will the hotel provide towels and shampoo?
Is it necessary to call the day before to reconfirm the booking and pick up, even if no details have changed?

This tour does not cross over to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
The hotel that is confirmed for this tour will not be available until one day before the tour departs.
If you have a question regarding your reservation, please email service@tours4fun.com and make sure to include your reservation number in the email.
The hotels will have towels and shampoo available, but I would suggest for you to bring your own if you have a personal preference.
I would suggest to call one day before just to make sure everything is still correct with your reservation.
