Dear Jenny, The tour 6-732 is one of our most popular tour packages and it has never been cancelled due to lack of reservations. Therefore, we currently have not set up a minimum number for reservations and multiple tour buses will be provided if we have a large number of reservations. However, we do have a cut-off date for the tour to be finalized. Then we will not be able to add any extra guests. Therefore, we always suggest guests to book as soon as they decide their travel plan before the seats are sold out. A shopping stop at outlet center is not included in the tour's default itinerary but MAY be available when we have extra time on the way. However, while you are in Las Vegas, shopping opportunities are available at various shopping locations in the city. On the tour ending day, if you choose to end the tour in Los Angeles, an additional $35.00 per person is required. Normally the tour will leave the Las Vegas hotel at around 7:30 am -8:00 am (the tour guide will make an announcement the day before). The LA drop off times/locations will be: 1.
