Dear Hira, Generally, on the first day of the tour, we can arrange for an airport transfer out of LAX anytime between 8:30 am and 10:00 pm. Travelers who do not require airport transfers can simply arrange their own transportation to the confirm hotel booked for the tour's first day checking in anytime past 3:00 pm.
