Q: Hello. I am part of a group that will be traveling from Uganda to the US in August and we would like to do the 5 day East Coast tour. I however have a few questions: 1. I have seen the optional tours and I was wondering whether it is possible to do all the optional tours in the 5 days. Is there enough time for them? 2. I noticed that meals are not part of the package. I aslo noticed that the tour guide can make some arrangements for meal. I was wondering whether it is possible to give me an estimated cost of the meals. 3. I am not sure of the number of people coming but we would like to be part of the New York night tour. I was wondering when is the latest we can make our booking. 4 Finally, is it possible to give me an email to which I can post more of my inquiries? Kind regards Charles.

Your tour guide will schedule enough time between sites so that all of the optional attractions can be visited. The tour guide will be making arrangements to stop at restaurants which will have meals available at an average of $10 a meal. The latest you can book your tour is up to two days before your tour, however we strongly suggest you make reservations as soon as possible as this will expedite the confirmation process. Q: Hi, We are planning to book your tour from 16-22 May 2014 for 3 people (buy-2-get-1-free scheme). However, we intend to forfeit our trip to Yosemite and just stay in San Francisco. We will check and quote you when we process your reservation. Standard non upgrade hotels start from $100.00 per room per night based on double occupancy. If you choose to book the pre hotel extension with us at the same property confirmed for your tour, we can offer the early pick up service out of LAX for you for an additional $30.00 only. This tour will be available on May 15, and if you arrive LAX before 10:00pm, you choose to book your tour for its May 15th start date. By booking the August 5 start date, we can arrange to pick you up out of JFK and take you to the hotel arranged for the tour's first night. The difference between the two tours is the standard quality tour will have higher quality hotels than the budget tour. Tour 46-2966 will spend the full day for the New York city tour and stay overnight at New York but the 46-147 tour will drive down to Philadelphia after the New York City tour.
