This tour only pick-up at designated locations in the morning instead of airport, customers need to arrive at the pick-up location timely and there is no refund if they miss the tour.

Price for child applies to 2-9 year-olds staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person. We will be staying at Hotel Tempe in January and wondering whether pick up is available from that Hotel. As it is also Winter do winter conditions effect the tour at all. May seem wierd questions but being from Australia do not know local conditions and really want to see grand Canyon.

When making the reservation please input your hotel information and we try to arrange the most convenient pickup location based on where you will be staying at the night before the tour.
If there is extreme winter such as icy roads, then we might cancel the tour as it will be unsafe to travel.

It is then valid for the number of consecutive calendar days that you have purchased it for. For one day pass, it is valid for the calender day when you first time use it, not for the whole 24 hours.
