Dear Kate, This tour offers pick-up services from Midtown Manhattan hotels between 23rd St and 74th St. The closest available pickup location for the tour to the Budget Inn (New York Budget Inn, East 34th Street, New York, NY) is about 3-4 blocks away (Hotel 31 or Affinia Shelburne) This tour in particular lets you visit the Canadian and American side of the Niagara Falls with a good 6 + hours spent sightseeing. Departure time is early morning and you will be returning to New York between 7 to 8pm depending on traffic and weather conditions.
