Dear Adriana, For the west grand canyon, it is located on a Hualapai Reservation established in 1883 and is not part of Grand Canyon National Park. The Skywalk attraction is also located at West Rim. For the south rim of grand canyon, it is a part of Grand Canyon National Park. Whether you choose West or South grand canyon on day 3, you will stay at Las Vegas at Circus Circus hotel or similar quality hotel. For hotel upgrade, it's the upgrade for Los Angeles hotel only. You can upgrade to Hilton San Gabriel or Westin Bonaventure Hotel. Hilton is located in San Gabriel city, and Westin hotel is located near Los Angeles downtown.
