Q: Hi, I would like to take "3-Day Yosemite National Park Tour (Overnight Inside/Outside The Park)" with "Park lodge - inside the park" upgrade from Aug 16 - Aug 18. I would like to know whether this selected lodging option is available for this particular period? If not and I dont want other alternative lodging option, can I get full refund? second question, if I stay in SFO airport area, can you arrange to pick up or there is addtional charge? All your help will be greatly appreciated!

Please keep in mind, the accommodation selection is subject to availability at the time we receive your booking. Should this lodging option not be available, we will update you accordingly and then you can decide to proceed with your booking or not. Currently, direct SFO airport pick-up is not available, however you may obtain complimentary pick-up and drop-off. Can you please let me know what's the difference and what's the upgrade in each of these hotels? Also, if I do not like any of the upgrade hotels you provide in the list, can I select other hotels? 2014-08-02 00:13:47 Dear Adriana, For the west grand canyon, it is located on a Hualapai Reservation established in 1883 and is not part of Grand Canyon National Park. The Skywalk attraction is also located at West Rim. For the south rim of grand canyon, it is a part of Grand Canyon National Park. Whether you choose West or South grand canyon on day 3, you will stay at Las Vegas at Circus Circus hotel or similar quality hotel. For hotel upgrade, it's the upgrade for Los Angeles hotel only. You can upgrade to Hilton San Gabriel or Westin Bonaventure Hotel. Hilton is located in San Gabriel city, and Westin hotel is located near Los Angeles downtown.
