Q: Hello, there are two of us and we would like to go to the 2-day trip to Niagara Falls and Thousand Islands around mid-August. However, we are staying in Allentown, PA, and we are dependent on a bus transportation to New York. We would like to ask whether it is possible to pick us up from the Port Authority Bus Station, NY and if not, what is the closest place to that where we could be picked up. Also, we would like to ask what the pick-up times are, and what time does the bus return to New York on the second day. Thank you in advance for your answer. Ivana

2014-08-04 12:28:29 Dear Ivana, Thanks for your inquiry. We can not pick up you at the Port Authority Bus Station, NY. You should select one of our assigned pickup locations and join the tour. The closest pick up time and location is 8:00am (Chinatown)48 Bowery St, New York, N.Y. 10013. Please click the following link for the distance from the Port Authority Bus Station to above departure locations for your reference: http://goo.gl/maps/sZpWX The tour normally returns to Chinatown between 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., and Flushing between 8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., but there may be a 30-45 minute delay caused by special circumstances such as bad weather conditions and traffic.
