I am planning on to go with 3 more friends on 23th August by Toronto. Should we to buy the tickets separated(each one) or together ? If each buy your ticket separated, Can you put us together on the same room ? Please, let me know how works about separated purchase and rooms.

If you make separate reservations, we are unable to arrange you in the same hotel room.
If you have separate reservations, please have the second person doing their reservation, reference the first person's order number so that we may arrange you on the same bus, and at the same hotel.
Again, it will be separate rooms, with two different order numbers. If you wish to be together on the same room, please complete one order and the number of passengers accordingly.

7:45am RADISSON HUNTLEY HOUSE, 1111 SECOND STREET, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266, USA
On the tour page, you can select a departure date, and then the list of pick up locations will display for you to choose from under Step #2. You can check the most convenient pick up location that works best for you.

Depending on the departure time you pick, is when you will join the tour.
Approximate end time is between 7:00pm-8:00pm with no traffic delays.

I wish to book the tour, but before doing it I would like to clarify some matters. Will you, please give more information concerning drop off and pick up? My friends and I are going to New York by bus, so where exactly and when exactly should we join the group, except airport pick up? Perphaps, is it possible to get to the hotel by ourselves, leave our baggage and then to join New York night tour? If yes, could you say the exact time and hotel?
Also do you know drop off time at least approximately, as my friend's fligt is at 10 p.m in JFK? Will he be in time, as he should start registration 3 hours before his departure (international flight)?
And the last question. I have ONE check-in and TWO carry-on baggage. Is it OK?

Passengers who do not need airport pick-up service are welcomed to join the tour by self transferring to the 1st night's hotel (we can update you with the hotel information once it is confirmed).
Passengers can also choose from the following pick-up location;
**7:45am - Holiday Inn Soho: 138 Lafayette St.New York, NY 10013
Guests who arrive at the airport no later than 4:30pm (LGA), 5:30pm (JFK), 6:30pm (EWR), are welcome to join our exclusive night tour (admission not included; optional).
If you wish to join the night tour but did not arrive at any of the mentioned airports, please leave a note in the comment box when placing your reservation online of your intentions to join the night tour on the first day. We will then inform our local office and update you accordingly.
You should arrive for drop off to JFK at approximately 5:00pm local time with no traffic delays. New York departure flights from JFK after 7:00pm are recommended so 10:00pm departure time is fine.
Due to the load specifications of the bus, we recommend 2 pieces of luggage per person (1 carry on and 1 standard Medium sized Luggage no more then 50Ibs).

I would like to know if there are any activities arranged on the first day for guest who arrives early at the hotel (after all the check in procedures are done).

The first day is used for transferring the guests from the airport to the hotel to rest for the next day journey (Day 2).
There are no planned activities arranged by the tour guide for the first day (Day 1).

If you have a balance in your Rewards4Fun account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at Tours4Fun.
During the checkout process online, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Rewards4Fun account to cover the cost of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Rewards4Fun account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

If you wish to join the tour on Day 2, the tour price remains the same and we highly recommend joining with the rest of the group at the start of the tour.
If you wish to join the tour when the tour group is doing the New York city tour, we couldn't guarantee that you can join the tour smoothly as the tour itinerary is subject to change.
