Q: Hi, We are 2 adults @@plush; one child 5 years old planning to travel from Dubai. While trying to book online we were asked to select a hotel in New York. Please advise which day is this for -( Is it for the day one when we land in New York). Also please advise if all the other hotel accommodations in Canada included in the online rate. Should we apply for a multiple entry visa for US and a single entry visa for Canada. We are planning to visit the US on March 27th 2015. Will the online booking be available for the future dates.
