Q: Hi, I want to join this tour on 11/15 but I will arrive Los Angeles on 11/13. Can you provide free airport pickup on 11/13 instead of 11/15? Can I know which hotel the tour will stay ahead of time so I can book the room at the same hotel? Thanks

In cases where the weather is severe enough that the flights are canceled, we will notify our customers as soon as we receive notice of any flight cancellations and refund the tour reservation cost as necessary or reschedule the tour based on availability. On very rare occasions that the flights back from Buffalo are canceled, alternative transportation by land will be arranged.
