I am planning to take '7-Day Yellowstone National Park and Mount Rushmore Bus Tour' on October 11th. Could you let me know how many people are in that tour group and the portion based on nationality? Also, I have insurance but I got in Korea so I've gotta know that the coverage you require. then, I will ask them about it. Otherwise, I need to make new insurance that fits your tour. If you arrive at the airport on the departure day, we offer complimentary airport pick-up between 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. (limit one transfer per order).
- If you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day, we offer complimentary airport pick-up between 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area (limited one transfer per order).
- You can choose either airport pick-up on the departure day or prior to the departure day, not both. So to join the tour on departure day, please transfer to the first night hotel, or pay an additional cost for a second pick-up (the pick-up on the departure day to join the tour). Please leave a note in the comment box, with your intentions, we will quote everything accordingly for you.
There is no extra hotel fee.

What is the accommation rating of the hotels you stay at? ARe they nice hotels? We are a family of 5, would we need to get two rooms or can we arrange 1 room for us all?

Can you explain this: 1) No-shows will be assessed a $100 fee per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation.

This policy is referring the free person for "buy 2 get 1 free". If the free person does not show up on the tour start date, the other guests need to pay $100.00 penalty for the free person, directly to the tour guide by cash.
The admission fee for hotel $24.00 is for the free person as well. It will be added in the tour cost when you book the reservation online.

I have one question about this part.
Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
One standard hotel room has only one bed??? Can I have two bed room?
If I have two bed room when two people stay in that room, will price be change from $140? If price is change, how much is it??

There will be 2 full-sized beds equipped in each of our standard hotel rooms and the maximum capacity of each room is 4 passengers.
$140.00 is the price for double occupancy. So the price will be $280.00 for 2 passengers sharing 1 room.
