Q: if I booked a tour , do i have to be picked up from the airport if I am already staying in a hotel on your list? and if already staying in a hotel, do I put the date AFTER the airport pick up DAY ( because you are taking them TO the hotel to stay and leave next day??) View answers (1) A: |
2014-10-16 08:47:14 Dear Jann Annand, If you are staying in a hotel that you is one of offered hotels as part of the package, there is no guarantee that the tour will confirm the same hotel you are booked in as the hotel accommodations as part of the package will be subject to confirmation, and are based on availability. If you arrange your own pre tour extensions, you do not have to go to the airport to join the tour, and you can simply arrange your own transportation to the hotel booked for day 1 of the tour package. To ensure that you can arrange pre and post tour accommodations in line with the hotels used as part of the package, please include a request in the comments section when placing your order online indicating that you require pre or post tour extensions, and we can arrange this with the package for you as we are processing your reservation.
