Q: For the tour to Las Vegas & Grand Canyon by Bus from Los Angeles ,what is the number and weight of Luggage permitted to be carried free of cost? Can I carry a small suiitcase inside the Bus? What is it's dimension I.e length, breadth & height? Larger suitcase case can be kept in the Luggage compartment while smaller suitcase I would like to carry with me inside the bus with some personal clothing in it. An early reply is requested please. 2014-10-21 17:44:08 Dear Vijay Dutt CHANDOLA, We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (1st Piece = 50Ibs maximum, 2nd Piece = Small carry on 20Ibs maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches. For the first day of the tour, there is no planned itinerary or guided tour as Day 1 will simply be the the transfer service day. You can choose to explore on your own at your own cost, or rest for the next day (Day 2). Typically the tour group will get to airport around 6:30PM depending on traffic conditions. The tour offers LAX drop off on the last day. If the tour will stay in the same hotel for consecutive nights, you can leave the luggage in your hotel room (make sure to take valuable items with you); if the tour will spend the nights in different hotels, then you can take the luggage to your hotel room at night and store it in the tour bus storage compartment during the day. You will be in charge of the luggage transportation between the tour bus and your hotel room. The tour guide/bus driver will assist you with loading/unloading. Thank you very much for your question. We will run this tour during the winter and although the best time to visit Niagara Falls is from June to August, sightseeing in the Falls during December will add a unique winter character to the Falls. We suggest customers wear layered clothing to keep warm as it will be very cold during December with average highs at 37° and lows at 22°. The boat ride at the falls "Maid of the Mist" will not be available, but most other attractions around the falls will still be available during winter.
