Q: Can you tell me what is the difference between your 'standard quality'and 'deluxe'as based on the hotels, both indicated the same hotel group on most days. In addition we are keen to stay at the Falls and not at Buffalo, noticed that this tour stays at Quality Hotel & Suites/Sheraton at the Falls/Days Inn/Millennium. are these hotels near the falls (US or Canada side?)would the hotel be changed to Adam's Mark at Buffalo after we made booking? can you recommend any other 8-9 days tour that covers Niagara on both US and Canada side with overnight at the Falls? and would there be free time for us to do our own sightseeing in Niagara? 2015-03-05 17:47:12 Dear Rita Chua, The difference between the tours are oftentimes found in their start cities, tour durations, the highlight locations covered, and the quality of hotels booked as part of the package. Deluxe tour will include higher quality hotel than the similar standard quality tours. You may also find similar tours on our website in the scenario that if one tour is sold out for your dates, you can have another option to choose. Although you will notice they share the same itinerary in comparison. For Tour Code # 208-5722, according to the online itinerary on Day 5 the hotel for the evening will be located on the US side. The distance between the hotel and the falls is usually 30-40 minutes based on where your hotel is confirmed as it will be based on availability for your travel dates. On Day 6, the hotel for the evening will be located on the Canadian side. Please also note the location of the hotel is subject to final confirmation. Regretfully, you are unable to choose the hotel as the group will be arranged together at the same location. Within 24-48 hours prior to the departure date, you may request the confirmed hotel information and we can update you accordingly. Currently, we do not offer a similar tour which guarantees hotel accommodations at the falls. One of the many reasons our guest book with us is for our affordable rates, choosing hotels that are not in the center of the city help the prices remain affordable. Q: Hi, is this tour no longer available? I was looking at this tour since early this year and I had been in contact with your customer rep regarding this tour.
