Dear Jannie,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The hotel will not be in Philadelphia. Usually, we will book a hotel near Washington DC.
Depending on availability it may be Comfort Inn Capital Beltway, MD/SpringHill Suites Columbia, MD or similar.

Hi,
I'm just curious as to where we would be leaving our luggage during the day while site seeing? Do we visit our hotels before going to the attractions to leave our larger bags there or will they stay on the bus?
Thanks
Dear Kat,
During the day, luggage will be kept in a storage compartment underneath the bus.
In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times.
Each night, when you arrive at your hotel, you will unload your luggage from the bus to take with you inside of your room.
Thank you for your inquiry.
Best Regards,
Alex

1. Can you please tell me what's the difference between the tour 2-130 and the tour 2-604, besides the price and the days of departure. I think both tours have the same itinerary.
2. Can you please tell me about the $15.00 San Francisco mandatory fee shown at tour 2-130.
3. If we buy a night show at Las Vegas, do we have to arrange our own transportation or do you offer it?
Many thanks.
Dear Jennifer,
One other main difference will be the hotel accommodation. For tour 2-604, hotels will be 3.5 - 4-star hotels, compared to 2-130 which will offer 3-star accommodation.
The San Francisco mandatory fee will include the 17-Mile Drive admission fee and Stanford University parking fee.
If you buy a night show in Las Vegas through the tour guide, transportation to the show will be arranged. Although, after the show ends, you will need to arrange your own transportation back to the hotel.
Thank you for your inquiry.
Best Regards,
Alex

Follow up to my previous question, is there any advantage to selecting the earlier time (earlier arrival, or more stops along the way)? If not, I'd be included to select the later time.
Dear George Chen,
The meeting points are a matter of preference and convenience for you. There is not an advantage in selecting an earlier or later time.

I am really confused. We will be arriving at jfk on day 1. I have read that optional cruises need to be paid ahead of time and also that we pay the tour guide , so which is it? Also wanted to see the liberty statue, but don't know if there is time ??
Dear Dana Ku,
For the optional tours, you will simply have to inform the guide the day the attractions become available to let him know if you wish to partake in them paying the admission charges directly to the guide on tour.
Please speak with your tour guide to inquire if you can pay for all of the attractions at once when you board the bus as this depends on your particular tour guides arrangement.
Please pay with cash, as the tour guide cannot accept credit card, or check for the optional tours.
Best Regards,
Teiyana
