Q: 3-Day Washington, D.C. Cherry Blossoms Bus Tour from New York **with Philadelphia, Niagara Falls, Secret Caverns & Corning Museum of Glass** I am interested in above tour , However I have couple of question. I want to book for 27Apr2015. Q1 - Please check if you have minimum number of person's available , we are 2 Adults @@plush; 1 Infant . Q2 - We want to take bus from New Brunwick in NJ at 07AM , Can we get the drop off at same address at 29Apr , if not please advise time and place for closest drop off . Q3 - I work for Airline , can I get Airline discount,also this has a offer to buy 2@@plush;1 , please advise best possible discount. Please choose the pickup location - In front of the Hong Kong Supermarket, 275 New Jersey 18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 when booking online. You can be dropped off at this location after the tour ends. 3. Regretfully we do not offer airline discounts. The buy 2 get 1 Free is when the 3rd person joins the same tour for free, sharing the same room as the first 2 paying guests. If you wish, your infant can utilize the 3rd free seat (infant car seat not provided, please bring you own if needed). Kindly note, if the child will occupy a seat, they will be subject to the daily service fee as well. If the child is a lap child, they will not be subject to the service fee, just the 2 adults will pay the service fee. 4. Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs. Is the space still available and the approximate pick-up and drop-off time from the Westin. Pls advise the amount of walking at the South Rim in comparison with the Grand Canyon West Rim tour. 2015-04-05 08:14:13 Dear Trin, The approximate pickup time is between 6：00AM-7:30am (Subject to final confirmation). The Tour will usually return at approximately 9:00pm based on no traffic or weather delays. To choose from West Rim (with Skywalk) and South Rim, it will depend on your personal preference. The West Rim is about 3 hours driving distance (each way) from Las Vegas. If you wish to participate in optional tours, such as Skywalk, helicopter and boat ride etc., there will be additional fees required. Please review "Pricing" section on each detailed tour page. The South Rim is about 5.5 hours driving distance from Las Vegas each way. South Rim is also called Grand Canyon National Park. As for the rest of the hotel information, regretfully it can only be confirmed 1 day prior to the tour departure date.
