Q: Hi, This is an exceptional tour some of our friends are going for this tour. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, we will not be able to join the tour for 7 whole days. Q: Hello Question: we will be arriving early to JFK on the first weekend in Aug 2015 and is it possible to get Airport pickup that early if we plan to make reservation for Aug 5th. 2015-03-26 05:16:30 Dear Linda, For the tour 82-3044, the early August tour is still available for booking. You can enjoy the complimentary airport pickup service on your tour start day or one day prior to that day at JFK from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. If you will be arriving a few days before your tour start date, airport pickup will not be available. If you book the tour for Aug 5th, you will stay in the assigned hotel for the first night on Aug 5th. Accommodation before the tour start date is not included. Hotels will be booked based on availability. Usually, hotel information will be available once the reservation is confirmed and closer to the tour start date. If you would like to arrange per tour hotel accommodation in the same hotel used on tour, please leave us a note in the comment section when making your reservation. The confirmation will usually take us one to two business days after full payment has been made. For tour 205-5817, the bus will usually get back to San Francisco between 6 -7 pm depending on weather and traffic conditions. We suggest you book your departure flight after 9 or 10 pm on the last tour day. For this tour, we are unable to drop you off at the San Francisco airport. You need to self-transfer to the airport after the tour. Thank you.
