Pick-up service is available at Manhattan hotels between 23rd St and 74th St. The Hilton Millennium hotel is not one of our pick up points. Currently, the nearest pick up point we offer will be at the Waldorf Astoria. The distance from your hotel to our suggested pick up point is approximately a 25 minute drive (6.7 mile distance). Q: Hi , I intend to be there in Los Angles on June 29 th from Dubai . As its a long journey my idea is to stay an extra day before I may start my tour . In such as case in which hotel would you let me to stay and what will be extra charges for accomidation for a day ?. I also am under the impression that one I may start teh journey with you guys from Jul 1st morning possibly ( 3 of us ). I will have hotel accomodation and tours togetehr with you for the next 9 nights ?. Please confirm. Can you please let me know the pictures of the buses you will be using for the trip. If you arrive on June 29th you will need to arrange a hotel extension from 6/29-7/01 (3 nights). We recommend a hotel located near the LAX airport, which offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.
